Cancellation policy

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email sales@marshworkwear.com within 1-2 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can no longer accommodate changes or cancellations.

MARSH reserves the right to cancel orders due to insufficient stock, payment issues, or any unforeseen circumstances. If your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout, at the time of placing the order. 
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled by emailing sales@marshworkwear.com. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
