Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders purchased over weekends or public holidays will not be processed or shipped from after 12 pm AEST Friday through Sunday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and we will confirm this with you at such time.
