- Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is Faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days to the original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
