Online Returns

If your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for the value of the product within 28 days of purchase.

All items must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

In-Store Returns

You can also return items in-store within 28 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Proof of purchase is required.

Sale Returns

We offer exchanges or store credit for sale items within 28 days of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 28 days of purchase for full-priced items. Faulty or incorrect items are also eligible for a full refund.

HOW TO RETURN:

If you wish to return an item, please notify us at hello@marshworkwear.com with your order number, full name, and whether you would prefer a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.

International Returns

Credits

Store credits will be issued via email once your return is processed. They have no expiry date and can be used online or in-store.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at hello@marshworkwear.com. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email hello@marshworkwear.com within 1-2 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can no longer accommodate changes or cancellations.

MARSH reserves the right to cancel orders due to insufficient stock, payment issues, or any unforeseen circumstances. If your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.
