ON SITE: with Pamela Maudy of MIRA

Pamela in the MIRA test kitchen wearing new MARSH Service Industry Whites. MIRA's mediums include but are not limited to, private dinners, food installations, AD and styling. MIRA conceives food as an art practice, destined for interactivity and made to trigger thought.
MIRA founder Pamela Maudy trained as a chef in France, cooking for eight years in Paris' bistronomy and fashion event scene before meeting her husband Geoffrey Antonino in Marseille. Together the duo consulted in Mexico before settling in Northern NSW.
Founded in Byron Bay, MIRA provides its clients with curated culinary experiences, as well as organisational services. Geoffrey's background in furniture design and metal fabrication facilitates the development of custom props for each occasion.
