Tell us about yourself?

G’day my name is Coco and I’m thrilled to be considered for this seasons farmer wants a wife

…..sorry wrong intro :/

What do you do for work?

I’m a green* psychologist *horsey term for young/new/inexperienced ;)

Tell us about your horse, Trinity?

She was broken in as a 2yo on a cattle ranch and then later scrapped due to back injury… was a blessing [for her] as then a lovely lady took her in and let her have a few years of nice rest before my ex who is a horse trainer re started her.

Haven’t had any issues with her back since : )

What does an average day / a day with Trinity look like?

Well the weeks are a bit all over the place at the moment juggling work/uni/placement and my two fur children but usually a lot of feeding, rugging, grooming, appointments for farrier/ dentist/ vet/ acupuncture

and picking up endless horse shit!

But weekends might be having a lesson with my awesome trainer Ari or attending a horsemanship/equitation clinic or going on a trail ride through bush/beach :)

If you could design one piece of clothing to wear riding what would it be?

I think bootcut jeans that are actually super comfy to ride in and still look good and have pockets on the thighs for your phone and grip on the bum to keep you in the saddle

What’s your favourite thing about Trinity?

She’s a full golden Labrador in horse form LOVES her food and cuddles, follows you around and would sit in your lap if she could.

She is also your typical mare in the sense she is extremely smart and sassy. Takes a while to earn her trust and respect but once you do - it’s for life.
