CUSTOM: with MARIA’S
When Maya and Chelsea asked us to design uniforms for MARIA’s, we knew we wanted them to feel just like their food - fun, fresh, and comforting!
Together, we designed three pieces:
- A soft Boxy T-Shirt with royal red embroidered logo in a medium weight organic cotton
- A Half Apron for front-of-house
- A Full Apron for the kitchen, both in durable cotton ripstop.
The Aprons were dyed dark brown and both feature a red & white embroidered MARIA’S patch logo in the centre. We had a little fun with the Half Apron adding extra-long straps in contrasting royal red ripstop so that they can be styled multiple ways and wrapped around the body for added support.
It was such a pleasure to design these uniforms with Maya and Chelsea who not only have impeccable taste when it comes to food but also when it comes to design - together creating well-made, functional and stylish uniforms you’d actually want to wear outside of the kitchen. - Tommy, Head Designer
