MIRA was founded in Byron Bay by husband & wife Pamela Maudy & Geoffrey Antonino. MIRA provides its clients with curated culinary experiences. Our mediums include, but are not limited to, private dinners, events, artistic food installations and pop ups. 
MIRA conceives food as an art medium, destined for interactivity and made to trigger thought.
Our ethos is to prioritise quality, working with organic and artisanal local suppliers and respecting seasonality hence avoiding waste. Our style is clean, visual, creative and without pretense. We focus on colour, form and challenging predictability.
MIRA founder Pamela Maudy trained as a chef in France, cooking for eight years in Paris' bistronomy and fashion event scene before meeting her husband Geoffrey Antonino in Marseille. Together the duo have focused on private dining and consulted in Mexico before settling in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
MIRA is borderless and is not limited to its founders location.
